I see you mama. Because I am you. Becoming a mom is the biggest identity shift a woman can go through. And while I wouldn't trade this life for anything, it's been a journey re-learning "who I am" now that I am a mom. Being a mother doesn't mean your only identity is being a mom. I created the MOM STRONG Postpartum Program so that I could help moms become the best versions of themselves in motherhood. We do that through nutrition, movement, and mindset. Prioritizing ourselves is NOT selfish. You can't pour from an empty cup. I help moms navigate the challenges of motherhood so that they can be the best versions of themselves FOR themselves and also their kids and family. Let's build the foundation so that we can keep doing the things we love pain free and with confidence, together.

If you are a mama and have NOT had specific coaching postpartum, this is for you. It doesn't matter if you are 2 months postpartum or 10 months, even several years down the road. Postpartum is forever. If you have time for 30 minutes, 30x week. Are looking to connect the dots between your core/pelvic floor. Need help healing your diastasis. Struggling to manage several postpartum symptoms. Or are ready to unlock the stronger version of yourself yet as a mom, this program helps you build that foundation regardless of what stage of life you are in.

When clicking "enroll" you will receive a login to my membership site that houses several postpartum resources/videos for you. You will have lifetime access to this. The resource library includes nutrition, nursing, mindset, and exercise related information. Just because time has passed doesn't mean you've "healed." This program is specifically designed to help you connect the dots between your core/pelvic floor and set the foundation that will serve you the rest of your life. Not only do you have access to a resource library permanently, but you will receive postpartum programming specific to you and where you are at in your life. This program includes 12 weeks of exercises. Every single movement includes a video to show you correct form and how to do it. Not only that, but all workouts are customized depending on what equipment you have access to. If you are a nursing or pumping mama that is looking to learn more about nutrition to support your activity level, I got you. You will also have in app access to me 24/7 as you navigate this program.
