If you want your kid(s) to grow up strong, empowered, and confident then you have to show them how. We can say that our kids comes first. But if we spend all of our time worrying about them and only prioritizing them, when you get older, they will be worrying about you. You have to build a foundation, even amidst the chaos of motherhood. Postpartum doesn't have an end date. Once a mother, forever a mother. Prioritizing YOU, is actually selfless. Prioritizing you, shows your kid the importance of physical health, mental health, choosing nutritious food, working out, spending time outside. Taking care of you, shows them how to grow up taking care of themselves. It starts with you mama.

Building the Foundation

The foundation is mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.

It's simple. Movement is medicine. In order to have a foundation that supports you for the rest of your life, you need a strong vessel to carry you through. Whether you are newly postpartum, or several years down the road, it's never too late to build the strongest version of yourself. Strength training is empowering. Whether it's to make carrying groceries easier or make carrying a 4 year old up a mountain easy, it takes strength. A 6 week check-up after giving birth is not enough. If you want to keep pursuing a life filled with adventure, you need to work towards building a foundation that can support you. It takes time. But it will be worth it.

Stepping into motherhood is more than just giving birth and becoming a mom. There is a huge identity shift that happens. You spend your whole life being one thing and after you give birth, you become another. My passion resides in more than just programming and nutrition to support moms. But it is rooted deeply in mindset and helping mamas learn to fall back in love with themselves again amidst the craziest identity shift that will ever happen. Motherhood. Who you are matters outside of being a mom. You are a mom. But you are also more than that. It is my passion to help moms learn their truth and do what they love. You don't have to stop pursuing your dreams after you have kids.

  • Strength & Movement

    Strength is the foundation. Movement is medicine. Move well, feel well. Strength training with an emphasis on functional movement is the basis of this program. When you finish working with me you can expect to feel stronger and ready to tackle anything that life throws your way! My program is not a one size fits all thing. You won't go from working out zero days to 6 days in an instant. I meet you where you're at and we build a plan out that feels sustainable to you. Movement should be FUN and I help you find that again.

  • Nutrition

    Trying to navigate mom duties, exercise, work, family life, etc. - I know it's a lot! And nutrition can be a minefield trying to piece it all together. Even if you are not nursing anymore (or you didn't), nutrition is still extremely important postpartum to help you recover and feel strong. Take note that this is even several years down the road. Strength helps you build a foundation, nutrition helps you thrive. Let me help you navigate nutrition while moving through motherhood with confidence.

  • Mindset & Support

    You don't have to do this alone mama. It doesn't matter what stage of postpartum you are, I got you. Motherhood is all about strength in numbers. It takes a village! Join a like minded community of moms working hard towards being strong, resilient, and living their best lives filled with adventure. If you want to go far, just go. But if you want to go further, go with a team. You don't need to climb this mountain alone. There are weekly group calls, interactive groups, and also a group element in my coaching app in addition to the 1:1 support you'll receive.

Programming is a vital piece of my coaching. Regardless of what stage of life you are in, I will meet you where you're at and provide customized programming to fit the demands of your lifestyle. We only have one life, and I'm here to support you to move well and get the most out of it.

  • Programming to support recovery from both pregnancy and postpartum.

  • Movement that addresses deep core work to repair diastasis and create a strong connection between the core and pelvic floor.

  • Rebuild strength so that you can enjoy being in your body and return doing doing what you love with confidence. Postpartum never ends - I can support you at whatever phase/stage of life you are in mama.
